Established in 1977 as the student radio station for Victoria University of Wellington, it is the longest serving FM broadcaster in New Zealand. The station features a wide variety of music from over 100 volunteer DJs, with specialist shows covering everything from African Samba to Swedish Metal, and a strong focus on New Zealand alternative music.
