Out of My Mind is a true-story podcast from Stuff’s podcast team about mental health. In each episode, journalist Adam Dudding interviews one person about their life and the view from inside their head. Guests describe experiences such as hearing voices, seeing things others cannot, living with anxiety or postnatal depression, and the highs and lows of bipolar disorder. These first-person dispatches are moving but also include moments of surprise, tenderness, and humour. It won Best Episodic Podcast at the 2020 Voyager Media Awards.
